I'm sure a lot of other people are far more familiar with Houston than I am, but Pappadeaux is a good (and popular) seafood chain in the Houston area.

I use to fly through Houston on a regular basis in the International Terminal. I would always try to eat at Pappadeaux. Always a very good meal.

Damn capitalists! Got through the whole production unscathed, myself. Tidbit was before Tom Lemming became a patron saint of “experting” high school football talent? He was a mailman. I respect Lemming and like that he’s always PERSONALLY done evaluations, but even he will admit to how much he misses. Art Duffy became famous for being highly regarded by the existing recruiting bodies …and not existing.
