I would stay out of Maryland and stay in the Old town Alexandria area. It's a safer ride in on the Metro. Visiting in DC stay around the Mall during the day.
Download a map with the Metro lines and stops. I used to feel pretty safe down there years ago but not so much anymore. The Smithsonian museums and the monuments along with Arlington cemetery are great sites to visit if you enjoy those things. I understand Union Station has gotten pretty bad. The zoo is great with kids.
Cherry blossoms are scheduled for end of March this year and are impressive.

It really depends on what has to be replaced and what kind of system. If it's a simple split system heatpump, a 2-ton unit would suffice. A simple swap out should not cost you that much. I just purchased a 2 - ton unit (both inside and outside) from my supplier and it was a little under $2,000. If it's simply replacing those 2 components I would think you could get it done for $5K or thereabouts.

While I'm not a hvac contractor, we do use the equipment on our floaty things we build. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Also, if you're in the Knoxville area, I can refer you to a reputable guy.

I like watching Mike Rhoades VCU team. Very very aggressive press defense. Always fun to watch a good press. They press every time as well basically

**** the parole tide. This tourney was tailor made for them to win it. Every game they had the refs giving the other team more fouls and every impact whistle. They just called Oats for a sympathy tech after the game was out of reach. Laughable at best. Don't be surprised if Bama is cutting down the nets if they keep getting called games like these.

He's definitely less than a sure thing than Chandler was and even he could have benefited another year in college. Leaving after your first year doesn't work out as much as people think.

Okay, I really appreciate the feedback. I am not knowledgeable on the subject, all I know is that our primary circuit board is fried (was over 20 years old)

I am in the Knoxville area, Powell specifically
