Man if you are seeking inspiration and perspective this morning...

The first 45 minutes are plenty intense and then you hear this man's life blossom and take off. Incredible.

Guess I have heard it for so many decades now that I didn't even realize we are going to the moon next year

Five stars rarely pan out for us

That Trey Smith feller was alright. And Darnell Wright might just make something of himself one day...

We'll see about this Nico kid...he could be ok too lol.

Before that you have to go back to Kahlil and Phillips. Maybe not superstars, but consistent starters and made nfl squads.

Then there's the lone transfer in Wanya. Well it sounds like he'll be a top 2-4 rd draft pick, so I'd say he was a solid recruit.

And that's the totality of our 5*s for the last decade. I'd happily take more of those guys. Considering how many got drafted, we've actually had a pretty good run at 5*s. On average, 60% of them get drafted.

I have a feeling we’re going to wind up with a really good recruiting class.

I mean, I like last years class…. But I think our 2024 class is gonna be one of the best ones we’ve had in literally decades.

Last year we had 4 top-100 recruits (25 total)

This year we already have 3 (6 total)

Very good trajectory I agree.

I think the 23 class was great not phenomenal. Phenomenal you have multiple great players at every position. But since the 23 class will not ever be the only class on the field at one time, then the phenomenal players we got make me extremely happy.
The 2000 class had 4 5*s, 7 of the top 100 and many more in the top 150. Some dude named Jason Witten was #116...

That is a phenomenal, modern uga/bama type class. Dear god if we ever land one of those...turn the lights out folks (rest of the SEC).

Prayers and praises this morning. My inlaws were in their home last night when a tornado ripped through the wide spot in the road known as Readyville, TN. How they are alive is purely a miracle and the grace of God? They called me at 2 am to let us know they were ok but their home is destroyed. I hope everyone else is safe as well. Possessions may be gone but family being safe brings joy to the morning.

Thankfully they are okay! 🙏

I don't have sympathy for FAU in regards to officiating. They've benefitted from them the last two rounds, at least.
They went on a huge run mid game because of officiating. It was like 7 fouls to 1 at one point early in the 2nd, and FAU was getting away with everything. The officials that game were straight garbage. Wildly inconsistent. For both sides, it wasn't just one or the other.

Zero. That goofy big kid flopping like a fish all over the place and getting calls left and right. I'm glad Uros gave him that elbow. Refs were instrumental in that run during the 2nd half. It's all on the tape!
