Relying on the same ole same ole old jokes and @ those of us that have sage wisdom is just sad at this point.
So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em.

Doesn’t mean he won’t be good here but you have to look at the good and the bad… we need efficient shooters…. He is only a 29% 3 point shooter…. He does demonstrate an ability to drive to the basket…. If it translates from the Ivy League to the SEC… he will help us in a big way.
Thankfully any 3s we get from him will be a bonus. We were missing someone that can take the ball to the basket. Hopefully he’s not another Anosike.

Im gonna be interested to see where it is after this **** storm thats finna come their way.
. I hope you are right.
It seems their 2024 talent is coming from in state. Even so I’m a bit curious as to where their recent recruiting strength is coming from. The end of their 2023 class was also very strong. Their coaches, NIL money, both, something else? It’s disconcerting, especially if they continue to build on it. For over 50 years we have recruited the state of South Carolina well in football. Spurrier stopped that. Tennessee typically does well on the field when able to pluck talent from South Carolina. Clemson is stumbling, we should be the ones taking advantage, not the chicken.

There’s a lot of rhetoric in Tide land about Bama returning to the Run dominant more heavier set packages type of offense. Saban apparently jealous of Kirby’s embrace of the “old Bama” and winning the last 2 championships. That’s fine and all. Vols stop the run pretty well. All we need is to keep upgrading the talent everywhere and Tennessee will be up to the challenge of stopping it

This inspired me to dig out some of my old wedding photos.

Sigh. Time flies.
Which one are you?

Part of the issue is that apparently, for whatever reason, the recruiting of the '25-'27 classes appears to be really good. We have commitments from elite players and are in really good shape with more elite players in those classes. But why that has not translated into the '22-24 classes is strange. I do not know the answer. We have to add enough through the portal and do a better job coaching so that they remain solid in those '25-'27 classes.
Right. Those girls may look elsewhere if we fall apart.
