A few hours later Miami tweeted that TVD is staying.
Now Bama mods are saying that they are looking at all options.

Really feel bad for Ty Simpson. What a shame.
I can never pass up a cute dog picture without throwing out a like, oh I give out likes for cat pictures just to be polite, and I own two cats. Calm down feline lovers. My cats (my son thought it was a good idea to not once, but twice, to bring me orphaned kittensMy grand dog Porkchop the Corgi says go Vols from Manchester TN! View attachment 547464
Love it! My grandson played tee ball last year at three. He tackled whoever got the ball and took it away from them if he didn’t get there first. He got lots of lectures. This year my daughter asked him if he wanted to play. He asked if he could tackle! When she said no he said he didn’t want to.Helped my son out one night 5-6yo T-ball game. I was coaching first base and told the runner as soon as I say go run hard straight to second base. The ball is hit and……….he runs a BIG loop to second base![]()
So I ask him why he says “grass is lava”![]()

When I played, my job was to prevent the opponent’s best rebounder from rebounding. My stat line sucked. But so did my assignment’s stat line. Coach never showed my stat line , but definitely showed me the other player stats…my 15 minutes of fame. Opponent was 6’9” (me 6’1”) blocked 3 of his shots in the first half. He had 2 points and 0 rebounds. The coach took me out for a breather and my replacement (6’7”) let him out rebound him and score 6 points before the coach let me back in. 2nd half, I never came out. He scored 4 points, 1 rebound. He got so frustrated that he lost his mojo completely. I definitely played only to ruin the other guys day. I never had trouble with the bigger guys. The shorter quick guys gave me fits.I love CRB’s defense.
Don’t get me wrong, it was a med school league, but some of the players were former D-1 athletes…I could always eff up their game with one brief conversation. Usually waited until 2nd half.
Me: Dude you’re having a rough game. Don’t sweat it though, I was an elite athlete too. HS and D-1.
Him: where’d you play?
Me: HS in Memphis, college Tennessee.
Him: damn, good basketball in Memphis and Tennessee plays tough.
Me: oh, I didn’t play basketball…
Him: what sport then?
Me: I was a cheerleader
Him: speechless
I did enjoy teaching my team the 1-3-1 zone. It’s an awesome defense (unless I had a man assignment)
I know, cool story bro…
Ha! My son brought me two orphan kittens. Unfortunately, someone dropped me off another so I now have 6. But they are very well taken care of and happy. Perfect.
My son was playing 6-7 year old coach pitch /tee ball….. the coach taught them to raise the ball in the air to stop play… that was all they learned… they would pick the ball up and hold it in the air even when they could get the out.![]()
Agreed, but the subject wasn't that he was smoking weed or how he was smoking it. It was the timing of the picture being released and the motivation behind that coming out.He wasn’t just smoking weed. He had a specialized gas mask apparatus to aid him in such. Others would say that this was a knock against him, I see it as a credit to his ingenuity and creativity.
Still, let’s not play like it was just a picture of him lighting a joint out on the back porch.
Oh and I almost forgot, I'm taking the day off from my main job tomorrow to take my daughter for her drivers license road test....... Wish her luck!Had a much needed day off from my second job yesterday, got home from work and spent a couple of hours with my LG dog in the field with some of my goats doing nothing....... Just watching and taking it in.
My wife started her job Monday....... So relieved to get her back into a job.... Not an easy thing to do right now. Count your blessings people. I know I count mine I'm exhausted but happy to have work and after my 13 hour days it's nice to come home and take care of the animals for an hour or so before turning in...... But even nicer to have an afternoon to spend watching the goat kids play.
I'm off to bed y'all, have a good evening!

Thank you for what you do, help what you can where you can. Those babies are lucky to have someone who cares. Animals are the best, they literally saved my life...Ha! Not really a rumor when in nearly every appearance and interview he’s being asked by fans/media about the coordinators and typical his response is along the lines of needing to get tougher & more physical up front on offense. Which again was backed up by his offensive coordinator hire. Combine that with Tide insiders all saying the same thing about running it more as well as the offensive linemen wearing “run the damn ball” hats and it’s clear what they’re shifting to down there. For the Vols I think we can handle it if we can keep getting top 10 classes. They’re trying to bully and beat people up like Georgia.Wasn't their offense incredible the past few years? I seriously doubt Saban is dumb enough not to realize the offense isn't the problem. Sure maybe a little more clock control might be preferable, but that rumor sounds pretty asinine to me.
Always loved animals! When I was 3 my mom and aunt got busy talking then turned around to find me gone. My aunt said, “Oh, I hope she’s not inside the fence with that old mean billy goat! He goes after everybody!” They ran outside to find me inside the fence, walking and talking with the mean billy goat walking beside me, staring at me and listening to every word. They nicknamed me Ellie May.Thank you for what you do, help what you can where you can. Those babies are lucky to have someone who cares. Animals are the best, they literally saved my life...
