I would be surprised if they try to schedule twice in 3yrs. . . neither would probably still playing though, so maybe not.

If they both red shirt, what are the chances they schedule '25 & '26? That would have them playing each other in RS Soph. & Jr years, right? Is there some scheduling rule that wouldn't allow scheduling in consecutive years?

That’s NIL gold. Money makes the decisions.

I’m not talking about anyone here, but it’s always hilarious to me how some fans will cheer on conference expansion, talk about how they aren’t afraid of anyone, advocate for kicking out underperformers like Vandy, and then cry and whine when the schedule comes out.
I'm just glad to see a few a teams get a schedule comparable to what we've dealt with every year with UGA Bama UF + the 2nd best team in the West every year.

I only wish we were going to Austin instead of Norman. Other than that it's about what I expected.

I get it. But being selfish, I’m ecstatic.

I really think it’s the Heupel storyline though. Imagine Tee Martin coaching another team to success after we passed on the opportunity.

And I trust Heupel to run up the score.

We got a good schedule for one year

Bama and Vandy for the old gen and Florida for the younger crowd

wonder if this is a hint at who our permanent 3 might be if we go to a 9 game schedule

Vandy, bama and one of uk or Florida?

Surprised we got arky instead of aubby

Really think our perm 3 should be Vandy, bama and aubby if we go to a 9 game sched

South Carolina got off easy. That tells me the SEC considers them just enough to not be the easy win that Vandy is, but not enough to draw attention in big matchups.

I hate that school.

Edit: they are upset that their three main rivals—Georgia, Florida, Tennessee—aren’t on the schedule. They are so irrelevant to their rivals they don’t even make the cut.
