Gotta get some good uncured turkey bacon. Then it’s not bad at all, but admittedly it still doesn’t compare to bacon. Regular Turkey bacon definitely does taste like cardboard

I will take your word for it. I’m going to stick with normal pork bacon though.
I have read where center cut pork bacon is equivalent to the turkey bacon. Can’t remember where I read that, but that’s good enough for me health wise. 😎

Damn. D-Hop only concerned about the 💰 and not the 🏆 I guess. Patriots, for the first time in a loooong time, could the worst team in their division.
Titans are going to be terrible for the rest of this decade if they don't accept the rebuild. How is D Hop a priority? Let alone a top 5 need for this franchise?

An old WR that has only played 19 games the last two seasons is gonna come suit up for a chronically injured team. I'm sure it will go swell.

Titans in a bidding war with the Pats for D Hop, for whatever reason

This is quickly turning from a rebuild into a disaster that will push the rebuild out another 3 years
You think he is washed Or just that they aren’t getting young uns?

just saw you post

I will eat both regular pork and the Turkey Bacon or sausage. I was in mood for Swaggerty sausage patties today with 2 eggs whites only and dry wheat toast!!!

Several reasons:

As a franchise the titans should be committing to a rebuild and looking to the future. With a goal of having a formidable team by the time the new stadium opens.

He is injured a lot for an offense like ours

The titans are not 1 good WR away from making a deep playoff run

What about the OL?

history of former great WR suiting up for the Titans is terrible.

I guess it depends on the contract. I believe we are or were capped out, hence Byard.
The OL is my concern and still looks like a hodgepodge but we will see
I think Tanneyhill is very serviceable, still have Henry, a good D. Need Burkes to step up. Vrabel is a good coach.
I am not all doom and gloom for current season.yet.

The B1G invariably tends to have more white players. Linkage to military families and culture, similar to white fraternities. Where temporary hazing is a big part. It is a cultural issue that isn't as present in SEC territory, black culture, though we have our own versions having gone to HS in Knoxville...there was a "beatdown day" for freshman...but not ongoing hazing. Graduating black students on freshman black students. It wasn't that serious or meant to harm, similar to hazing, but still ridiculous. But not as tortuous or ongoing as I often hear about hazing culture. Tifwiw

Now, Penn St is just its own thing. Similar to the Kitna kid at Florida. And that OL that played for us that ended up a pedo.
That sounds logical except A&M, LSU, and Miss State were also military schools right?

That's me. Got my heart calcium score and it's very bad. I run 15 miles a week, don't smoke, hardly drink. It sucks.

I attribute my zero cardiac calcium score on consistent pork intake. I also have a very high family cardiac risk level. I’m attributing the difference between myself and my family being dependent on tobacco use (I don’t). And I dodged the Diabetes gene (so far).

Just kidding with you about the pork. That sucks. I hope you keep going at least into your 90s and beyond.

Have you looked into HIIT training. It’s at least equal To old school cardio. I personally think it’s better.

I take Omega 3 fish oil capsules daily and have since my 40s. I’m positive that it helps with my cardiovascular system even though I take it for the natural anti- inflammatory effects.

I take 3 capsules daily. 1-2 is strictly for cardiac. 3 for arthritis pain. I used to be very weather affective. I knew when the barometric pressure was going to drop before it actually did. I now blissfully have no clue what the weather is doing.

My personal recommendation is
Nature Bounty (dark green bottle)
Odor Less (make sure the bottle says that)
Omega 3 fish oil.

Take 3 per day and altogether is fine. No need to spread it out.
Give it a month to work. It only took a week for me.
The reason I pay a little bit more for the Odor Less is that I have never tasted the fish oil. The fish oil is from sardines and anchovies and is disgusting to taste.

It’s usually buy one get one free at Kroger’s.
Costco carries it as well for 1/2 the price of Kroger’s, so equivalent.

I tried krill oil, but it didn’t seem to work for me. I tried multiple other brands and always tasted the fish oil.

Most of us are deficient in magnesium, which is a major controller of where calcium goes. Dr. Thomas Levy's "Magnesium - Reversing Disease" talks at length how magnesium is the antidote to Stupid Calcium Tricks.

Maybe that’s it. I take magnesium supplements daily. I have been for at least 10 years.

I don't follow it closely, but I think the only hope is that the grandson doesn't suck like the ole oiler-hat cow. I don't hold out any hope before that.

I don't know that LSU was. I do know that Huey Long's pet project was pouring money into LSU football to beat Tulane. He hated Tulane. 😂

Edit: You're right, Soil. LSU started as a military school. I just looked it up. My bad. Should never step on snek. 😂

I can't freakin wait to see it in a couple months.

Just have to stay away from the funky substances if those eyes are going to be out...talk about a bad trip waiting to happen 🤣
When we were there last year it was a second-hand smoke nightmare. But I guess that is not science anymore. Everywhere you walked outside there the air was thick, hazy, and reeking of a mixture of pot and cigar. To be blunt about it.

On the bright side, I was surprised by the restaurants: a lot of great choices. Had a great meeting. Caught some shows. And took a small group tour to hike a place not far away. Watched the Vols waffle stomp Mizzou from our room with nice room service.

Good luck policing what FANS expect and the resulting response from players. Predictions for players dates back to the beginning of civilizations that invented competitions. You either lived up to them and were revered and sung praises throughout your ripe old age of 30, or you didn’t and were sacrificed with the rest of your team during the cannibalistic closing ceremonies. Message boards of the day changed nothing. 😉
It is in our best interest to try and change expectations to something approaching common sense...you have a voice to at least try and do that much.

Just because idiots are gonna idiot...doesn't mean I should just let it go.
