It's not a 67. The 67 had the fins on the side behind the doors not the chrome piece. This one is likely at least a '66, maybe '67. . . since auto transmission wasn't available until '66. The A/C vents look really weird on this one too, or maybe those aren't A/C, just reg vents, as well as the odd engine.
Also, ACs in the 66 were a dealer add on and were a box mounted under the dash. This one is likely at least a '66, maybe '67. . . since auto transmission wasn't available until '66. The A/C vents look really weird on this one too, or maybe those aren't A/C, just reg vents, as well as the odd engine.
MY son says it's definitely a 66. Things to look for:My classic car ignorance strikes again. . .
I was reading about a Mustang I saw at the show. I couldn't figure out what it is. Dug around for a couple hours and think I've figured it out, for the most part. . . maybe someone here can help. . .

It appears that this in an ultra rare '65 Mustang GT coupe with a K-Code 289 Cobra engine. I can't figure out how rare. . . I can't find anything for a production '65 with a K-Code 289, and a "rally-pac" interior.
is anything out there not ?You either like our class or you don't....I don't give a crap where it's ranked, I think all this worrying about our ranking is dumb.
We have who we have...so what the hell difference does it make if some yahoos say it's 5th or 15th?...I mean you either like our recruits, or you don't, so some random applied subjective number isn't going to make those players better or worse.
It embarrasses me that I used to give more than a little thought to this stupidity.
