My granddad's turn of the century, blue steel double barrel, was stolen by a meth head, before my uncle passed in Mt Airy. Had a beautiful walnut folding stock. Would have been great to pass it down.
I read up on hone defense. 12 gauge, pump action, with short barrell. Preferably a slug. Should do the trick.
That may be your point. My point is that they let go of Dobbs, passed on Hooker and took mayoman. Either of Dobbs or Hooker would be better than playing Levis, whenever that may be. . . Dobbs may be the 2nd string in front of the others and Hooker would push to start in a year or two. Instead they've got banana peels waiting in the wingsIt is the point because supermayo doesn’t factor into this at all lol he’s 3rd string
Oh definitely.Haha
I have a Winchester Super X Model 1 12-gauge under the bed. Never fired
Had a gun lesson with wife in case there is an intruder and I am not home:
1) Gun is loaded but there is no shell in the chamber, pump one in
2) Safety off
3) Stand at the top of the stairs and shoot out the window
4) Yell something about how the next round is to his body
5) Mean it
I am fine with the gun depreciating by half if she needs to use it
I do love Yellowstone. Is beautiful for sure...Greater Yellowstone (which includes the adjacent Grand Tetons, Wind River, Beartooth, Absoroka and Gros Ventre mountains and millions and millions of acres of spectacular National Forest land in those mountains) is still my favorite spot on earth.
California's insanely diverse natural areas and the Southern Utah-Northern Arizona area are a close tied for second.
I still have not visited the Pacific Northwest NPs or Glacier NP though...so that could still change
So. . . this guy tell me that you only have to workout your biceps when doing arms. He claims that all the other muscles will grow proportionately to the biceps (Triceps, forearms, etc). Is this guy smoking crack or is this somewhat true?
I am shocked Norman-Lott is listed as a starter over Elijah, kurott, and seemingly Eason. Also surprised and disappointed tyler Baron didn’t cement the starting spot for himself. Was also hoping nicholls would work his way towards some playing time, and don’t see his name anywhere. You should be able to print these.View attachment 573280
He probably read a paper on that and morphed it to a whole new truth for himself,Not intending to contradict others here, but the "cross-education" effect, also called "contralateral strength training", is an established thing where exercising one limb results in growth in another unexercised limb. There is some evidence that a similar thing may occur to some extent within muscles of the same limb, although that is far more speculative. My point is that it is proven that muscles can grow without being directly exercised.
With that said...there is zero chance an unexercised tricep will grow *proportionately* to an exercised bicep.
