Honorable mentions to Lea Clark for going a little lesser known and off the beaten path.

Is there any particular reason that you guys are assuming this is real (these musical artists were actually named by the coaches as their favorites) rather than simply being made-up by the guy posting the story to get clicks?

There is no doubt. This is the Cardinals' schedule this year. Tell me where you see them picking up 5 or 6 wins. I think 1 or 2 wins is a VERY real possibility, and 0 wins is not out of the realm of possibility. The last I heard, the Vegas over/under for them was 4.5 games. Every NFL analyst on a radio panel took the under on that line. One of them identified 3 total games where he thought they could possibly win. Those 3 games were @ Houston, at home against Atlanta, and at home against the Rams. That was before it was announced that Kyler Murray would start the year on the PUP list (guaranteeing he will miss at least the first 4 games of the season).

Article about Alabama football moving to a finesse game over the last 5 or so years. I told my dad this about 2 years ago. Alabama isn't the same team anymore because they no longer can dominate in the trenches. The change, IMO, started earlier though. It started with the Lane Kiffin hire as OC. It continued when he was replaced by his buddy Sarkisian, and it has continued ever since.

I got lucky and got chosen in a lottery for a hike. I will say this about Zion and Bryce Canyon. Do whatever you have to do to see it . The pictures are not even remotely close to how crazy beautiful both places are.

Been to Bryce(we also did Cap Reef, Canyonlands and Arches on that trip)..but I did not wanna do a hit and run at Zion so we skipped it until we can go and spend at least two days...the whole of Southern Utah is spectacular and it is my wife's fave spot on earth.

oooof.... the orange bowl is replaying on sec network right now. I almost forgot how disjointed our offense was that game. And how shaky our defense was. Beasley was a monster but their true freshman QB also missed a lot and made some rookie mistakes.

I suddenly am feeling kind of nervous about this season.

I said this a few weeks ago. Many Vol fans likely had a very high alcohol intake prior to and during that game. They look at the final score and think we dominated. We did NOT dominate that game. That game was very much in doubt right into the 4th quarter.

I think you called all the college games correctly. I wouldn't be surprised by the Giants beating the Cowboys in New York. That game isn't this weekend though. It's 9/10.
