All these folx wringing their hands about Cooper Mays on TOS make me want to wring my hands. Not that I think it'll make much difference against UVA, but I worry about UF, SC, and TAMU.

With that said...there is zero chance an unexercised tricep will grow *proportionately* to an exercised bicep.

This is the thing.

There is always going to be extraneous work done by joining muscle groups. That's part of the science behind compound movements, full body workouts and the impossibility of actually targeting a single muscle group.

But, as you say, there is zero change of balances results from imbalanced workouts.

I do want to ask you a serious question. Thinking of loading up the Griswolds into the family truckster.

Grand Canyon/Yosemite?

Yellowstone/Targhee?

Not Ulysees, but I've been to both so I'll give my 2-cents. Each trip is amazing for different reasons. I'd say it all comes down to what you're looking for, how important wildlife and thermals, etc are to you.

Yosemite is strikingly beautiful, GC is awe-inspiring; much better than I expected. Valley of Fire SP was cool and worth seeing if you're in the area, but i wouldn't plan a trip for it, better places to spend my limited amount of time. I was shocked at how beautiful Nevada was on the drive from Vegas to Tahoe (then to Yosemite).

For me, the draw to Yellowstone is the wildlife; but Grand Teton is also stunning.

Been to Yosemite twice, spent 10 days in Yellowstone/GT, and waiting to go back again. May work a summer there soon.

That wasn't a normal 3-7 though lol. That was a regular season 6-6/7-5 team. Big difference. They won 3 games and lost NINE in a 12 game season...with G5 and FCS cupcakes lol.

So. . . this guy tell me that you only have to workout your biceps when doing arms. He claims that all the other muscles will grow proportionately to the biceps (Triceps, forearms, etc). Is this guy smoking crack or is this somewhat true?
