If the kid is old enough to comprehend, in a situation like that: "I'm sorry you had to hear that. That's not the kind of people we want to be sweety."


As far as dealing with the teenagers, I've found that the best reponse is a calm, "Guys. My kid's here. Y'all have fun but be safe."

Big win for Deon, but playing a kid over 120 snaps is crazy. If he does that all season, he is going to wear that kid down. I love seeing a kid go on offense and defense with his talent, but he shouldn’t come close to 100 snaps every game. Surely they will manage it more.

Thought similar of Hunter's snap count. It's like a baseball coach ruining a pitcher's arm with too many innings. They need to do a better job of managing those snap counts or Hunter is going to wear down and get seriously hurt.

I would want to know how that's calculated. Maybe 2-4 plays in the right game, but it cuts it down a ton for teams who run a snap within 10 seconds of the ball being snap. Florida could have gotten a ton of more plays in with how Utah was letting them dink and dunk in the 2nd half of that game if they played with urgency under the old rule.

Yes but we also held our opponent to a measly 12 1st downs. That won't happen all the time.

Bigger point tho isnt about if we can thrive or not - it's simply bad for the whole game. It's bad for fans, players, etc everyone but advertisers and the schools. We have traded more football for more commercials. Nobody wants that.

5:20 left in the 2nd Quarter, not sure I've ever seen that before. A QB just shoves a defender over backwards with one arms, and then dives over him for three yards. Not sure I even saw Tebow do that, and he was a TE playing QB.

Against an atrocious offense where we were getting the ball back pretty quickly. Has nothing to do with adapting, our defense just shut down UVA so we got a lot of plays in.
