Yeah it’s a legitimate question. You look at Bama, Georgia and Ohio State always in the top 4. They get around half of the 32 five stars each cycle collectively and their entire class or 85% or more is entirely 4 and 5 stars. Now not all of them are “fits” obviously but not all of them are basket cases just because they have great talent eitherI wonder if recruiting "fit" and "culture" limits our talent pool?
Don't go crazy people. It's a legit question. Not all 5*'s are going to be seen as fits.
They were 12-1. We were 10-2. If we'd beat SCar, we would have been in the playoffs.Tcu did nothing impressive all year and lost the conference title game but got voted in bc they were americas sweetheart
They beat an overrated Michigan team barely and are getting skulldrug tonight
Bama or Tennessee deserved TCUs spot
Maybe TCUs excuse will be it’s just a bowl game
Bowl games don’t matter

I also think it’s a potential excuse for missing on targets. It’s very convenient on the surface until we hit playoff time and see who the national championship winners are each yearI wonder if recruiting "fit" and "culture" limits our talent pool?
