One under looked thing in these statics are players who are in the transfer portal because they were kicked out of their old school. I know we had a couple. Instead of just moving on from college football they put their name in the portal.

I don't understand why their boosters aren't doing everything they can to make this kid happy. I read that Howard was the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback in the '22 class and the No. 3 prospect in the state of Louisiana out of high school. Hope he is a bust if he transfers in conference.

I don't know if this is true but a friend of mine has a Florida fan friend who said the kid they moved on from a signed agreement and they may still be on the hook for it. That money can't be released until the particulars are ironed out.
