Recruiting is about the future. This staff developed but did not recruit Hyatt, Wright, Hooker. I’m positive on Heup and most of the staff but think we need to take another step in recruiting or we just saw our ceiling.

Darnell Wright was the only five star recruit out of that group and Hooker wasn't recruited out of high school by Pruitt. Only after he had been cast out and Pruitt needed someone to replace Guarantano on the roster. We're recruiting at least THAT step and OL recruits are listening to Ellarbee because of what he's showing in development. That's how Sam Pittman became a beast in recruiting. Show the herd something to graze towards. Garner always has had the DL ears and we landed a 5 star in Hobbs. Best raise that imaginary "ceiling" you've built.
