My classic car ignorance strikes again. . .
I was reading about a Mustang I saw at the show. I couldn't figure out what it was for anything. Dug around for a couple hours and think I'd figured it out, for the most part. . . maybe someone here can help. . .

It appears that this in an ultra rare '65 Mustang GT coupe with a K-Code 289 Cobra engine. I can't figure out how rare. . . I can't find anything for a production '65 with a K-Code 289, and a "rally-pac" interior.
Crazy! The only coupes I can find with that engine have a different instake, but this one is 100% factory stock. The cars with engines exactly like this one? '65 shelby cobra and mustang GT350.You can't find anything because this isn't a mere car, it's filthy American porn. If it were red, you'd be banned for life for such smut.
ETA: So per a website on K-Code's: only about 13,214 were made
Discover the K-Code Mustang
Sent screenshot to the boss for WednesdayA guy sits down in a bar, looking very morose.
The bartender asks, "are you OK?"
The guy says, "No, I am not. My wife and I got into a fight and she said she was not going to speak to me for thirty days."
The bartender says, "That doesn't sound so bad. Maybe a little peace and quiet would be welcome for a change."
The guy says, "Yeah, you're right. But, today is the last day."

I wish I realized it was so rare, I would've definitely asked for specifics. No telling just how rare it is, considering the car parked right in front of it is the only 1 in the world (survivor, never restored Dan Gurney Cyclone Spoiler II)
I've got a feeling a lot of the cars there were extremely more rare than I realized.
