Yep. Out of bounds plays are a great indicator of coaching. Mizzou scores and we can't get the ball in twice. Like Mizzou didn't know we were going to try to get it to Mcrae but we didn't have a second option after they take that away. SMH

Your posts all imply that you think he will be gone sooner rather than later. And it is without any basis. He has said this is a dream destination for him. He is coaching in the premier conference in college football with the resources to recruit and compete with any program in the country. He has never said anything about having aspirations to coach in the league. He has not said or done anything I recall that would make you think he isn't sincere in what he says. He seems to be a man of integrity that can be taken at his word. He has a young family and I would think at some point that stability as they grow up would come into play as well. All these things would lend credence to the likelihood of him staying longer than you apparently think. With all the
sh!t this program has endured the last 10 years, as soon as we have someone come along that we can all get behind and be proud of, here you come with these posts implying he will be gone soon. That is going to rub a lot of people on here the wrong way. At least it does me, because usually I read the crazy things people say on here and I don't care enough to take the time to respond but yours today is a winner.
I knew it was over when Maymon was inbounding. I think he is point shaving or something. There's really no other explanation for his knack for missing shots and turning the ball over etc.
On Junior Day
I spoke with one of the Dads tonight that was there this weekend. He and his son are big Vandy fans (Grandfather played basketball for Vandy) but his wife and other 2 kids (younger) are big UT fans (she ran track at UT for a year before transferring to Samford). Anyway, the Dad (who played basketball at Belmont) and son made the trip and were blown away today! He raved about Butch and the facilities. The kid will probably be the starting QB at BA this next year but started at WR last year. He's a great athlete and comes from a great family! The Dad sent me about 8 pics and the son (who has an upside down power T in his bedroom) told his Dad that he would be honored to be a walkon at UT after the visit! The Dad couldn't say enough about how Butch and how he doesn't miss a thing and is incredibly impressive. It's conversations like this that make me understand how we are doing so well in recruiting. I grew up a Big Orange fan but not everybody does. Anyway, I just had to share this. I also want to say that it's a BIG DEAL that we signed kids from MBA, Ensworth and BA in his first class (first full year anyway)! Butch has everyone's attention here in middle Tennessee because he is doing all the right things! I just wanted to bring some positive news about our program! GBO!
I think Craig Faulkner threw the bowl game against Penn state his SR year. A guy who NEVER dropped passes...NEVER. Dropped five third down passes that ended drives. It was the reason the PSU won that game. Nobody can make me believe he didn't throw that game. It was his last game. He was not going to the NFL. And other than pride the game meant nothing. We were favored to win, and folks who bet on PSU stood to make a lot of money.
