I'm not saying he will..But he has the talent to blow up.. Lol at nobody knows him... Scouts are at practices all the time.. His age plus getting hot down the stretch make it possible. He is our best playmaker, and most scouts are "what have you done for me lately"
AJ will be in their ears about not leaving. If they can remain healthy, Pearson and Maggitt would clearly benefit by the additional coaching up and they should end up being higher picks. Besides, with the chance to have been on the same team with future legends Shy and Mac and eventual NFL superstar QB Quinten Normady...plus who knows else (?)...they'll stay. Cheer for me in the checkerboard, fellow VFL's.:thumbsup:No way Pearson leaves after this year. Same with Maggitt

Blair and Mixon had their stripes removed today
Everything else being even, and only two options, who do you prefer?
Bajakian
Chaney
Go.
Just to revisit an old hot topic discussion, regarding criticism of players.
I would never condone a personal attack on a player, or their worth as a human being, and that line rarely gets crossed around here. But I have no issue with discussing strengths and weaknesses.
It's funny to see people come out and say, "Where are the haters!!??" when someone has a good game, or a good season.
The fact is this, last year, several of us were noting areas where AJ Johnson could improve, "shedding blockers, speed, meeting the ball carrier in the backfield, aggression", and I believe those points were all valid. It is also clear that he has greatly improved in all of those areas this season. Now, folks wanna jump all over the people who pointed that out in the first place and call them out. LOL, if he had done that in the beginning, there would be no discussion. Of course our mouths are shut. He's doing exactly what he is supposed to do as a senior LB. Great job AJ!
The same goes for Smith with his drops last year. Now he is catching the ball, I'm the first to congratulate.
As for Croom, I think he'd be the first to tell you the OK game was not his finest hour. He stepped up against UGA and made the plays when given those opportunities.
Anyways, just on my mind, so there it is.
