We are in very, very bad trouble if Dobbs goes down. We may not win another game this year with Peterman.

This really concerns me with Jake's play calling. I'm worried he will get very conservative and tell Dobbs to not keep the ball on the read. They will probably try to limit him scrambling too. I hope Wegzyn is preparing heavily because he may have to take snaps.

If Dobbs goes down I think Peterman would do alright. He's not great for sure. But I think he would eventually settle in and start playing better if he was truly our best option and wasn't looking over his shoulder waiting to get pulled. I really hope it doesn't come to that though.

Be positive, guys. Nothing is gonna happen to Dobbs. The only thing Dobbs is gonna do is help the Vols get to a bowl game.

That being said, your concerns are understood. Thought about those things myself.

Mark "KY" Stoops has been "awarded with a raise and extension that will take him through the 2019 season and pay him an average salary of more than $3.6 million per year."

SMH at was passes through writers' and editors' ever watchful eyes these days.

Mark Stoops' extension worth more than $3M a year - ESPN

I guess KY is worried that success will lead to better teams to come a courtin their head coach.

Interesting he has no buyout clause in his contract.

It's my guess that they're telling Dobbs to slide if he's away from the sidelines and to run out of bounds if he's close to the sideline. I believe Jake will call plays to take advantage of JD's strengths. The Tennessee coaches want to win out.

Do we have 10 OL that are not too injured to play? Only have sarcastic.

I wonder what A DC would do if that formation trotted out on the field?
My first guess would be to call a timeout. :)

Nah, just run a bunch Of subs in. Save your timeout. The Rule book is thrown out when you play against UT.

Regarding Worley throwing left handed... It may well be part of the rehab process and/or testing the amount of damage to his right shoulder and/or muscles as well as an overall pain test (he's had trouble even running around without pain according to many accounts). Soft tissue and tendon injuries can be hard to pinpoint and stuff like that helps determine things.
