Unfortunately, Sasser will look like an All-American, if they scheme to line him up in the slot all night, so that he draws coverage from Coleman. Coleman has looked better this year at times, but he still gets toasted on the deep ball.

After hearing Jancek talking about players having to play too many reps today, I've decided to go a lot easier on Coleman. He was one of many of names, Jancek rattled off as examples, and Coleman had right at 93 reps. No wonder he's getting burnt. That number and the other numbers just kinda put Coleman's play into perspective (he looked very improved at the beginning of the year and through most of this season but the past few games has given up a lot of big plays - he's also made some big plays). Cam had something like 95 and he's been burned lately as well.

Our defense definitely needs this bye week and while the talent/speed upgrades and improved play have hidden our depth issues it's still there and a huge factor for us to overcome on D. On the flipside, many of those depth issues will be resolved next year. :)

As for Sasser, he's nowhere near the talent of Amari or Pharoh Cooper. The two Coopers have done what they did to us to everyone they've played. Sasser is solid but again nowhere in the same league.

I thought Dobbs was supposed to be on sec film room at 11:30? Instead they're just showing recaps of last week's games...

Didn't see the video, but locking out gives the muscles a break. 29 reps is a LONG time under tension, even if they are just partial reps. Lactic acid makes babies of grown men

My comment was just a joke but if you want to see what I meant just watch the video. From the angle of the video, it looks like his elbows barely breaks 90 degrees.

Yessir. Constant tension is the term when not locking out. It makes the work out harder. Nick you throw around some weights? Bc the people who usually up on tho have some experience

Yes sir. I'm really small framed, but it's my thing. I'm more ripped than big at the moment, after a 6 month cut from Jan-june, but slow and steady now...

:hi:

Their defense must be sick if their offense is never putting up numbers and they're still winning. That UF game for them made me worried, crazy to score 35 points not on offense.

They've got about 31 sacks on the season, with about a +7 turnover margin.

The big thing is that they're very effective at defensive line play, getting/causing a lot pressure with just their front four linemen, especially the ends. (One of them - Shane Ray - already has 12 sacks on the season.)

Speaking of cutting and macros, I had Cookout for the first time on West End in Nashville tonight. Their burgers are pretty good, but I don't get the hype.
