I've worked for guys like this that make everyone else think they are great people outside of the walls then turn around and bully employees like 60 year old women behind closed doors and threaten to fire them if it ever gets out.

I'd love for someone to come in and have the young men love playing for this great university and not despise their time when they leave.

The only huge f***ing puss is Butch Jones. He sure coaches like one.

I seriously can't stand the man anymore. Everything about him makes me cringe.

Why he's still allowed to coach UT is utter incompetence.

If there was an offer of a buyout Butch should have took the money and ran.

See this changes perception..I heard and believed the story that Helm was just a big wuss that didn't getting yelled and cussed at on the practice field..everybody that's ever played sports has been coached like that to varying degrees..

But this is different. This is textbook mental abuse. My question is this..why are you guys that knew the real story all this time just telling it in detail? It's an anonymous message board, what did any of you have to lose from telling the truth?

Like I said, more to come, as for details to what I personally saw or heard, I’m sorry but I’d never divulge

And the original two posts of mine a page back were just things I believe to happen

No guarantee. But again, it really looks like this is the way it’s shaping up
