Yep.
But it was for legal purposes only.
The terms would have been agreed upon by the time Strong was officially fired through a mua. Which I thought was your point?

Yes anything agreed upon before an officially firing would be verbal. Nothing in writing and that is the point.

It was reported when DD was hired after a job is officially posted an AD can make a declaration using an emergency as a reason around having to wait two weeks to make a hire.

InVOL, I'm kind of surprised you don't have Bruin on ignore. Wasting your time...

I'm sorry. I take great pride that my ignore list is empty. I usually use the scroll for of ignore. I also, made the mistake of asking him to take his vast legal knowledge to the Gruden thread. That wouldn't be fair to those folks.

Again, I apologize. And will cease the madness.

By all means continue to post false inaccurate bs about the Gruden process. Posters need to know when a major part of this "story" isn't possible. Doesn't mean he isn't going to be our coach but posters need to know when part of the narrative is blatantly false and him signing a MOU from the University of Tenn is 110% impossible at this point.

Ahhh but 110% of something is impossible so effectively this is a double negative.

Bruin is in full Grude mode.

I think I'll take the word of lawyers before your "idiots guide to lawyering" point of view.

I don't post much but Bruin I do believe you are right in the effect of us being a state run University that certain job positions have a set of rules to go by i.e. number of candidates interviewed time line etc.
That being said if and I mean if, the rumors of a resignation are true then they could have a renegotiated buyout i.e. severance package for resignation signed for a set effective date that would allow the university to enter into a m.o.u. with another coach stating that formal paperwork will be signed post date of the effective buyout agreement.

Lol

He did miss his calling though. If anybody should argue for a living, it's Bruin. Then maybe if he got his fix somewhere else he wouldn't clutter this board with all his nonsense.

Nonsense?

Yea I agree comparing Hart/Currie to this current job situation is just that.

George O Leary went 13-1 and won a BCS bowl 2 years before Frost got there.

Let’s not act like winning at UCF is some sort of massive feat. Also, season ain’t over yet.

People here simply don’t follow UCF football. My sister went there and I went to USF. In 2010-2014 UCF had 12, 11, 10 and 9 win seasons. Good coaches get Florida talent playing against inferior opponents. I’m not suggesting Frost is bad but he is insatiably overrated on here.
