I would assume some of those losses are to the big non-conference team we play. Listen, I'm assuming a loss to Alabama every year. You may not like it but there's not a coach out there I would predict to beat them until I saw it with my own eyes.

I think in a 5 year span we'd win the East twice and yes I would be happy with that.

If Mullen is hired - this thread is a preview of what is to come between all of us. Whoever they get will not win more than 7 games next season IMO - including Gruden. So the old "he sucks" will start with the first loss. It's the VN way!

Id be okay with Mullen, id not longer be disappointed if we got him from a coaching standpoint. Definitely would be disappointed that Gruden and Petersen were a smokescreen for him and that UT has done nothing to turn people away from us getting a home run hire.

Still believe we are getting Gruden or Petersen, but my mindset has changed on Mullen if that ends up being who it is. Some of y'all have surprisingly convinced me.

He won 3 straight games over top 10 teams and was ranking number 1 in the country and went to a Orange Bowl but Campbell has had a better season?

Ummm...actuly following his career before now. I've always thought he was a great OC and QB coach, but I do not, and never have thought he any great in him as a HC. The SA loss was probably when I checked out on him as a really good HC.
