The last few days represent a perfect example of why you hire a search firm to aid in the hiring of a new coach, especially a large institution like UT. Boosters and Admin that will not let this happen because of their authoritarian BS personality deeply undermine our school.

And the last decade has been a perfect example of why you don't let anyone named "Haslam" make decisions for a football program.

What would his record at SMU have been? SMU was the worst team in college football the year before Morris got there. They were outscored by almost 300 points. Morris has recruited tons of guys now staring in the NFL and is going to have a top 10 pick this year in Courtland Sutton.
