SIAP. Good news, IMO.

Have been working on this from a few different angles & wanted to get Butch Jones' statement to update matters:

"It is in the legal process, and it will run its due course" was Coach Jones' only comment.

Sources have indicated to us that Pearson is attempting to finish out his semester in the classroom and has had a more open campus environment in recent days.

As of end of business Tuesday, Pearson was still registered for both summer and fall courses. Final spring semester grades are scheduled to be finalized for students by week's end.

Wow. The Lady Vols clutch again. Beat KY on a walk off 2 RBI double in the SEC tournament. 5-4. Have a tough one tomorrow against LSU in their home stadium.

You're on mobile I assume?

I had to throw up a mobile version of the home page because of some Google changes that require a mobile version to avoid penalties, but unfortunately it is still buggy. If you'll scroll all the way to the bottom and click "View full site" it will go back to the desktop version which you are probably used to.

Let me know if that helps. :hi:

I had wondered about that and just thought it was the stupid new phone I had to get when others in the home had their phones die. Thanks FREAK! That fixed it!

From what I'm hearing is that the victim's claim doesn't have much truth, and seems to be changing her story. Pig & Mixon were witnesses and were at the scene. Don't know how long this will drag out, but from what I'm hearing Pearson should be back soon.

If you're correct, this news will mess up some finely handcrafted self-important bluster on here.

Heard an eminem song for the first time in a while, the song called mosh. When I heard the chorus, I had the picture of Butch Jones leading The vols to the swamp this year.

Come along follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength
Come with me and I won't steer you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fog
To the light at the end of the tunnel
We gonna fight, we gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march
Through the swamp, we gonna mosh through the marsh
Take us right through the doors (c'mon

From the Dallas Morning News. We're not being treated as just a speed bump on the way to an OU undefeated preseason schedule any more. :loco:

An early look at Oklahoma’s 2015 non-conference schedule | | Dallas Morning News

at Tennessee Volunteers, Sept. 12

Time/Place: TBD/Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn.

2014 record: 7-6, 3-5 SEC

Postseason: Tennessee 45, Iowa 28 in TaxSlayer Bowl

Last meeting: Oklahoma 34, Tennessee 10 on Sept. 13, 2014

Best offensive player: Joshua Dobbs. The Sooners didn’t see the junior quarterback a year ago during the win in Norman. Dobbs was sitting behind Justin Worley early in the season when the Vols came to OU, but he’ll likely be the starter when they meet again in 2015 with some starting experience under his belt. The dual-threat quarterback isn’t just a better player than his predecessor — he makes everyone around him better, leading a rushing attack that will be difficult for some teams to stop.

Best defensive player: Derek Barnett. As a freshman last year, Barnett was one of two players to break Jadeveon Clowney’s SEC freshman sack record, along with Texas A&M’s Myles Garrett. His 10 sacks were second best on the team and fourth best in the conference. This edge rusher is one of the most promising young talents in college football and should be fun to watch.

What Oklahoma needs to do to beat Tennessee: Win battles in the trenches. Oklahoma is going to need two tackles to step up after graduating multi-year starters at both spots, especially since the Vols boast one of the better pass-rushing units in the SEC, if not the nation. If the Sooners’ offensive line can keep the quarterback safe, they should be able to score. The OU defensive line will have its own battle in stopping Tennessee’s rushing attack of Barnett and Jalen Hurd.

Barnett in short yardage? I like it!
