Would be very surprised to see Curt run anywhere close to a 4.6 40. He's quick for his size but I'm thinking he's more of a 4.8 guy.

I'm not saying Curt is a 4.6 guy or anything. I don't think his top end speed is quite that good. However, he has one thing that is perhaps most important in terms of a good 40 time: an excellent get off and acceleration. He goes from 0-60 extremely well: that's mainly what makes him such a good edge rusher. The most important part of a 40 yard dash is the first 10 yards.

Because of that, I could see him him running a 4.7 or maybe even better if he's 100% at the combine. Even if he doesn't, teams are going to love his 10 yard time (which teams do pay special attention to for lineman and edge rushers).
