Good morning VN ! Getting married today. My new in-laws are from New Jersey. Had to rub it in about getting JG. Brother in law was saying Tennessee sucks, we haven't been good since Peyton left. Had to drunkenly give him a little Tennessee football history. And remind him that Rutgers has never been relevant in college football.

Have a feeling Hurd rushes for 1100 yards and 12 tds this season. What u guys think? If Hurd puts up these kind of numbers I think we definitely go 9-3 or better.

If Hurd gets 1,100 then that means Kamara got like 1,400 which would be one of our best rushing years ever. They will spell each other and complement very well assuming we are not playing from behind in too many games.

I doubt it....I'd say they will have about the same. Hurd will probably get more carries but Kamara will probably have slightly higher YPC...but not a whole lot higher.

Congratulations! Good time of the year- my anniversary is tomorrow. Enjoy a nice honeymoon; come back and settle in; and it will be time for football news.

I guess he doesn't remember that we won a national title after Peyton- selective memory.

Cumulatively, he will run a farther distance, Lottery. Pay attention.

Serious answer:

Kamara is just a more fluid runner and equally powerful in the lower body as Hurd. Solid hands will yield more catches out of the backfield. They rode Hurd hard last year and certainly won't rely on him as heavily unless he just is pissed off for greatness that day. Add to that Dobbs probably won't carry the ball 20-25 times a game like last year.
