Debord was masterful yesterday. It was clear early the passing game couldn't work because of protection . 2 early sacks and we had to adjust. He did that very well.

Debord was far from the problem

I was disappointed by the defense like most but dang I tried to tell you all 53 was starting and in his only drive they scored a TD. Wish I understood what the staff sees there but it was obvious last week that was happening and no one wanted to hear it here.

Jones made the worst decision I have ever seen in all my years of football. 1 finger to not seeing 2 fingers in the air.

Terrible clock management.

Why did the clock run on a false start that was blown dead? 1:06 to 58sec was the difference

100% of this game falls on Jones. End of story

Agree 100% Debord definitely wasn't the problem or the offense for that matter. Clock management and key/critical 4th down conversions did us in. Funny thing is we keep finding different ways to lose ball games.

I disagree. It's certainly not the only problem, but with the group of receivers we have, having 3 catches for a handful of yards is a big issue. I'm not sure what the solution is, but the staff really needs to buckle down and figure it out.

2 out of 3 ain't gonna happen. I don't think they're capable of winning 5 straight at the end of the year to get to 8-4.

Hello 6-6

Georgia is not unwinnable. We lost by one and in OT to two great defenses. Im still all in. 8-4 or 9-3. Last night sucked.

All those "one things" that have cost us two games. You know, when if just one in each freaking game went our way, we would be 4-0... well, what if we get those breaks against UGA. I'm mailing in nothing here. I hate losing, and losing the way we have been, but there is talent to win. Adjustments must be made, but I sure as heck hope the team doesn't fold on this season like the fans are.

Dooley found ways to lose. Butch isn't looking much different ATP.

Well, I've tried to bring a little optimism in here, but I guess we're still not ready for that. I've got a family I should probably invest in. Peace

Go Vols!

He must win the next 2. He must.

But he won't.

We've got enough data at this point to know that Jones is extremely stubborn and, rather than owning his mistakes, he's content to insult everyone's intelligence with nonsense about charts and analytics.

He's a used car salesman through and through.

You can slow down the rush by going to a quick passing attack which we apparently do not have.

I would have watch it again but I thought the sacks were on Dobbs. Ball doesn't come out quick enough.

SMH on Jumper as well.

It's amazing the ways we have invented to lose games. It's unbelievable.

We were better than Oklahoma and better than Florida and our coaches found unique and exciting ways to screw it up. I feel bad for the players. I love the team, and they deserve so much better coaching than they are getting.

Does anybody think not having a true QB coach is hurting the team right now? The coaches sure don't seem to have any confidence in the passing game. IMO, we need a big time Offensive Coordinator and an OLine coach who knows what he's doing.

He made a great call for one of those.

Dobbs missed 25 high streaking down the sidelines for a huge play

Great play call

One play does not make a day. Take the trick plays away and we ran less than ten different plays. Florida is not a good football team. Unfortunately we aren't either.

I agree. This fanbase loves a winner (see Bruce Pearl) and Butch Is just the opposite of one. Bruce could win with mediocre players. Butch loses with really good players.

The passing game is successful when we try. The two early sacks led us to the run game and it worked. To the tune of a 13 pt lead twice. The lack of depth on D cost us in the 4th. Again. After we boat race Arkansas next week and Bama exposed Georgia you guys will be back.
