We've lost 4 games by a combined total of 17 points. It wasn't to long ago when we were getting blown out multiple games a year. Butch has clearly closed the gap. He and the staff deserved all the crap they got for the first 3 losses, but honestly I don't have much to complain about tonight other than Medleys horrific performance. Bama simply made 2 plays at the end of the game.

We have proven to have the players to be better than that. I was wrong. However, I think it's very possible we wind up 7-5, slipping up against UK next weekend after an emotional loss today.

I don't see any team beating us rest of season if we are remotely healthy. This team will finish with momentum. All talk of him losing the squad was clearly premature. Everyone was saying Bama would smash us and that was just a knock down drag out back and forth game that you want to be in. Anyone that calls that a choke like butt hurt about being benched as a senior Byron Moore is an idiot. That is not choking a game. Bama destroyed UGA and AM.

Whatever. Bama lost a close one to a mediocre Ole Miss team. Everybody's going to lose some every year. We don't need to fire anyone or start over. We are very close. We catch a few breaks and this is a very different season.

I agree we were close today and they'd the Vols were played with a lot of heart, which I loved. But we were out talented all over the field. And we were out coached, particularly in the last 7 min. Of the game.

I was sitting in the Tide Pride section and the Bama fans were very welcoming. They also wished us a safe trip home. There wasn't a VOL fan around.

I thought the coaching was fine and the play was fine. We just lost a tough hard fought game. Hard to be ashamed of this one. But I'm sure Volnation can find a way to be.

Butch is a hell of a motivator. I mean, one of the best in the country. Combine that with being a top 3 recruiter and there's no doubt we are going to start steamrolling teams.

This game shouldn't have been that close. He's doing big things here. I'm back onboard.

2014 to 2015 has been a major improvement. It hurts that for a few plays, we could be in a National Championship hunt.

All the talented freshman and sophomores should be quality depth. If not there is a major problem.

I agree, huge turnaround from coaches and players. This team is coming together nicely. Everybody said 16 was the year and it looks to be a huge year. One thing I le is these guys never quit, they play their asses off for these coaches.
