Yep. I'm still thinking of Butch's coach speak about why Kirkland didn't play sooner. Dude should have started either day one or immediately after the BGSU game. Matt Johnson and Dino Babers did Butch and Jancek a huge favor by exposing Jumper during that game, and they trotted him out against OU anyway.

In week 2 against Oklahoma: 100% yes. Today: I'm not sure, but he definitely showed positive signs throughout the year.

Maybe he is trying to do everything possibly to fulfill his dream of playing in the NFL. I don't know, just a guess.

I actually thought he made a great correction against UF. He was very aggressive on offense and especially situationally. The QB pass, the jump pass on 4th down, the late TD in the 4th. I had no problem with the offensive aggressiveness in the UF game.

I agree it's more likely to work this year, but being situationally over conservative will always drive me crazy and is usually just setting yourself up for failure. Playing not to lose vs. playing to win, etc.

Didn't realize Randolph was that fast

Recovered all the way from the knee injury and probably has that 40 technique all the way down. He was flying up late in the year though.

Williams: 42 reps @ 225 lbs, 4.95 40 (unofficial as of now)

Randolph: 31 reps @ 225 lbs, 4.47 40 (unofficial)

I thought Randolph "wasn't athletic".
