They were discussing Mr Irrelevant getting the first check of all the players drafted. Rich Eisen said "someone in the first round got that benefit". Shot at Ole Miss

2014 and 2015 were the best years of football we've had in 6+ years, and we end them on a 6-0 run, having won 13 of our last 18 (and the losses have come by on 25 total points). And Butch did it with senior classes that had zero draftable talent.

Many coaches in the SEC do much less with much more year in and year out.

We've got a very very good head coach.

Yep. Pretty amazing when you think about it. Now, what does he do with a team loaded with NFL talent?

We will see. I expect big things.

I don't buy into the view that we have been underachieving. We keep losing to Florida, for example, and every year I watch the draft they are putting 4+ guys in it. This may truly be the first year that we are definitely more talented than them. I expect to win.

Finally, finally, someone with some damn sense! This man is a hell of a coach and has resurrected us from the dead. We need the talent to have experience and they will this year.

Suit up guys and gals, we're about to throttle fools starting with Virginia Tech!

Pretty crazy how many really good player drop either really late or not drafted at all. Scooby Wright went in last 4 picks. Striker, north, derunya Wilson, Denver Kirkland, Jalin Marshall, treyon Boykin went undrafted.

Next year TN will be called a lot.

Locks barring some stupid AJ moment:
Barnett, Sutton, JRM, Kamara, Hurd, dobbs(don't see anyway some team doesn't go for him and his playmaking ability)

If they declare very likely to be drafted:
Wolf, Coleman Thomas, Justin Martin

With a good season; possible late Rd shot:
Vereen, Croom at TE if that experiment works

I could be missing someone and you also never know who breaks out under Shoop like Gaulden and Kelly JR etc that are elgible

We have three talented players who could have been drafted and chose to return for another year. We have another NFL-caliber player in Maggitt, who would have been drafted if not for injury. We have 6-7 players who'll probably sign FA deals. Two already have. Several did last year. So while talent has been down by UT standards, we're still putting players in the NFL every year and they're getting playing time.

Win the whole cotton pickin' thing!!! We explode on to the map next year and in the draft. The analysts won't be poking fun at Charles Davis and us next year. The Dooley stinch is officially gone!
