The lawsuit settlement or trial has always been about what comes out through the discovery process. UT had to do what they have done to this point. It will close out once the process is finished and as already stated on here it will be highly likely it will be settled so the girls and all attorneys can have their money grab. Most any parent of any recruit on the radar screen knows this. Most every opposing school recruiting said recruit will use it and any other negative against UT. Real world stuff. As many have posted, just win.

9/24/16 - 10/15/16. That stretch determines not only the success of the season, but the timing of UT's return to elite status in CFB.

Bama OL Cam Robinson and DB Hootie Jones arrested early this AM on possession and weapons charges

Charges will be reduced to something minor, and Saban will handle the punishment internally.

This didn't happen in Alabama. Saban will not be able to pull any strings outside of the state.

It happening in LA might be the nail in the coffin for them, plus there is a felony charge.

In football terms this could be really bad for Bama. They just booted the 5* JUCO they signed this year and they had expected him to start at the other T spot.

It happened in Monroe, LA. I've even seen Bama fans on the cfb subreddit concede that at least Robinson will be gone. Robinson will still end up in the NFL.

I think the existence of the lawsuit to begin with is because of the Athletic Director.

I think it has much more to do with the current administration's interpretation of Title IX making this type of lawsuit an easy and effective money grab.

But to each his own, I guess.

No doubt. The Title IX framework in itself is a big, big problem as is the grievance and moral outrage culture that is running rampant at the moment.

Question to those who have attended the caravans- have they been addressing recruiting issues seemingly in state or being positive? I'm going tonight to the Speedway caravan and just wondered if anyone had asked about that.
