From an article writing standpoint, I actually think Rucker does a pretty good job. But he seems pretty douchey personality wise. I definitely don't think in front of the camera is the place for him.
I think Tennessee still is in pretty good shape with him. Ohio State remains the key team to watch. If the Buckeyes get one or two of the other receivers they're chasing and nothing else changes, it's entirely possible they won't have a spot for him. If that happens, I think Tennessee is one of the favorites to land him. I definitely think the Vols would take him right now.
I have never been in better shape than when I did p90x and the Yoga was my favorite workout. It was definitely the hardest by far as well.
As far as the religious aspect I routinely in my line of work at the time had Christian friends questioning the yoga training. I normally responded with "its a workout lets be serious" but if it was pushed I did advise people that David in the Psalms repeatedly used the phrase "Selah" which one translations equates to "stop and meditate." That normally ended the questions.
Love p90x, but got to the point with having a child that I didn't have an hour a day to give to work out, so I started using workouts thy are @ 35 mins long. That's said, I always felt the plyometrics was the hardest, but I only did yoga once.
