From an article writing standpoint, I actually think Rucker does a pretty good job. But he seems pretty douchey personality wise. I definitely don't think in front of the camera is the place for him.

I've never despised Rucker the way so many on here seem to, but he DOES come across as a bit self-obsessed at times. He has a tendency to turn a story into something about himself.

But he's not so bad.

Vol Colonel wrote a column on Basilio's blog this morning. He said that Guarantano was one of the best players on the field in the scrimmage he saw. Sounds like he might be separating himself from the other backups. I think this is super interesting.

He also said Kendrick is playing a lot of RT with the first team in place of Chance Hall.

I think Tennessee still is in pretty good shape with him. Ohio State remains the key team to watch. If the Buckeyes get one or two of the other receivers they're chasing and nothing else changes, it's entirely possible they won't have a spot for him. If that happens, I think Tennessee is one of the favorites to land him. I definitely think the Vols would take him right now.

I have never been in better shape than when I did p90x and the Yoga was my favorite workout. It was definitely the hardest by far as well.

As far as the religious aspect I routinely in my line of work at the time had Christian friends questioning the yoga training. I normally responded with "its a workout lets be serious" but if it was pushed I did advise people that David in the Psalms repeatedly used the phrase "Selah" which one translations equates to "stop and meditate." That normally ended the questions.

Love p90x, but got to the point with having a child that I didn't have an hour a day to give to work out, so I started using workouts thy are @ 35 mins long. That's said, I always felt the plyometrics was the hardest, but I only did yoga once.

I really hope we dont checker neyland for florida

You know we will.

Smoky Greys, Checker Neyland, College Gameday (with Corso picking the Vols by donning the coonskin cap), CBS 3:30 time slot, and a special video message from Lil Jon prior to kickoff are all locks.

You forgot to mention that we also win that game finally 👍🏻

This!! Plyo was the absolute worst. Had to skip this video after twice doing it.. I couldn't even walk down the stairs after. I just skipped it since I can't be limping around at work.

Apparently there was a vote for checker Neyland and it resulted in the Florida game. Thoughts?

I did the program 3 straight 90 day periods. By the middle of the 3rd 90 day I would do plyo with no breaks in about 35 min. I knew the routine by that point. It would literally kill me to try that now.

Dennis Kelly is 6' 8" and has played 4 positions with the Eagles to my knowledge. He will be the equivalent to the Titans of what Kendrick has been with the Vols. Never trust Eagle fans for evals. Kelly is the replacement for Byron Bell, who was the same type player before he went down for the season. It's not hard to understand, especially since DGB was not going to work out.

FWIW, obviously I am not Vol Colonel on Basilio. But, he spoke about what I also saw on both JG as well as Azzani. JG is a future star if he stays healthy. He has it all. I was very disappointed Z did not go away last off season. His presence is not a positive to the program IMO.
