Literally handed us the game.
Where'd all the sunshine pumpers go? I miss those guys.
Just the time of year.
Every fall, people who are usually making fun of kids in wheelchairs on Twitter, swamp the boards for football season.
Trash UT endlessly, give each other high fives for doing so and then move on to terrorizing senior citizens once the season ends.
Normal people post less because they don't feel like the endless arguments.
[1] Thinks this past Feb signing class will be the best they have signed
[2] Has own eval process and doesn't pay attention to recruiting rankings.
[3] Really likes Jack Jones and attitude he brings to line
[4] Thinks Weisman helped them with smaller-quicker DL and they wished they had made that move during App St and so against VT they went to it sooner.
[5] Eager to get Hall back for tackle. Thinks they have 2-3 guys who are in freshman class who will eventually be outstanding at OT.
[6] Tuttle before injury was perhaps their best defensive player. His fumble recovery showed why he will be a 1st round pick.
[7] Alexis Johnson will wow people once he gets into shape. Said to watch for him to impress.
[8] Someone commented on the 5 stars who are in state but committing elsewhere and are we still in mix and Weldon of course said he couldn't comment but to stay tuned.
[9] Need and want to get ball to Kamara more.
[10] Thinks Larry Scott is real deal and will be a head coach soon. Hopes they can keep him a few years but knows right oppty will happen eventually for him.
[11] Marvels at Shoop's relationships with players and his adjustments.
[12] McKenzie doing well but needs to play lower. Says they are really working on that.
[13] Thinks Ohio's offense is good and will be a challenge but that defense not nearly as good as Appy St. But we'd better be ready to play.
[14] Almost forgot, said first time and first play he saw Tuttle play he lined up on opposite side of where QB ran but that Shy chased QB down across field for 2 yd gain. Said it was a wow moment. Said the opposing QB was Emmanuel Moseley.
[15] He was asked about Sherrion Jones and the comments on the Bristol broadcast. He said Jones is always talking an was so amped all the time that "he'd make even coffee nervous."
Another stat that many are missing. We are 2-0.
Psssh, that's irrelevant right now. Can we please get back to discussing our offensive woes...you know, the same offense that torched Florida, Georgia, and Northwestern last year?
Being serious, I'm frustrated with our offense, too. I hate the lack of creativity. However, I'm not a coach nor have I ever been one. I do know that this offense can move the ball on the ground very very well, when we let Dobbs run the zone read the way it should be run. If we would let him run it completely without handcuffs, then we can beat anyone, even with the boring scheme and play calling we run.
