It's just an unfair system cause how can you reward someone for not winning their conference even their division over a team that beat you. Yeah they had two losses early in the season but lately are definitely playing better than osu.

It's not an unfair system at all. They are charged with picking the 4 best teams. They picked the 4 best teams.

All of UW OL and DT are over 300lbs. Washington is not a small team.

During the PAC12 championship the commentators were talking about how UW only had two offensive linemen over 300 lbs

Edit just texted him he meant all the starting DT and OT were over 300, but the interior guys are all within 5 lbs.

You have a playoff because head to head matters then seed the play-off using a glamour status. I mean this has always been in the mix in college football but the head to head shows the Lions are the better team down the stretch. No way around it.

The timing and conference standings matter. That's what the counter-point is. Team can improve over the course of the season. PSU seems to be playing better football now and the head to head and conference crown show it.

So how many games can a team drop early before you exclude them from the CFP no matter how much they improve at the end of the year?
