I just think the people that were there to witness both players say Jordan was the best.
Looking at stats or watching a couple games can't paint the picture of how awesome he was. He refused to lose and he was so much more mentally tough. The GOAT.
It's taken me a while to fully appreciate Lebron. He is the best player on the planet today. Has been for a while.
I do wish I could have watched Jordan play back in the day. I've read lots of stories and watched plenty of his old games to at least get an idea of how great he was. Like I said I do think he's the GOAT. Sometimes I wish LeBron had that same killer mentality that Jordan had. By just watching Jordan's highlights you could see the determination he had to destroy whoever he was competing against. Don't always see that in LeBron although I still don't think the gap is as wide as many think.
