Like coaches, saying stupid things eventually comes back and undercuts politicians. Donald has disparaged McCain's war record, thrown the Republican party under the bus, and focused on feuds with celebrities rather than govern. You can't build consesus that way, even among your own party. It's like he saw the unified obstruction by Republicans for the past 8 years and thought that would continue when they actually had to pass laws.

All Donald Trump really needs to do to succeed is to get rid of Mitch McConnel. He's a coward who is content to allow Democrat lobbyists and RINO's to control the agenda. And it's not just because he doesn't like the way Donald Trump behaves. It doesn't matter who is president. As long as Mitch McConnel and Paul Ryan control congress the Republican party will continue to squander their control and allow the Democrat party to freeze any steady agenda progress across the board.

Yeah but he's contradicted himself so many times it's hard to say what his agenda actually is.

For example, he campaigned on no cuts to Medicaid and the ended up backing a bill with big cuts to Medicaid simply so he could say he undid Obamacare.

Do you purchase travel insurance when you travel out of the country? I was talking to someone and they said I should have. I said I'm not worried about losing my money for the trip. Chances are that if I have to cancel, I'd have bigger problems. They pointed out that is was worth more for the medical insurance portion than anything else. Said that they typically don't take American insurance and demand payment at time of service. Even if your personal insurance will cover it, you'll have to front it. What are your thoughts?

No never have gotten montezuma a couple of times but the medical cost has always been under $100. If you did get it i would think filing a claim would be a pain in the rear.

This person told me that they got the "don't drink the water" bug. Were taken to the hospital and given IVs and their bill was $1500 and they had to pay it right then. This was in Cancun.

Most of the nice resorts have doctors on site or will call one. Never go to a hospital over there.

So, none of them then? Because none of them are really "trying" to repeal it. No one wants to cut health benefits to voters in their district. No one wants to be linked to 32 million people losing health insurance. Also, no one wants to piss off drug companies or insurance companies.

Trump is basically spitting in the wind until 2018.
