DonaldJTrump.com lol.

What a terrible strawman. Like saying you put out the fire in your house after it was aflame and the firefighters showed up and said, "hey you should throw some water on that thing".

So because a pro-Trump site quotes Dr. Fauci we should discount what he said? LOL.

Notice Fauci is only talking about AFTER he told him what absolutely had to be done. It was too late. He had already spent weeks tweeting and being a childish buffoon like usual. He already said it was no big deal, it was under control, people saying it was to be taken seriously was a "hoax". Health officials had already figured out the need of mitigation back in February. Trump didn't listen for nearly a month.

Hell, people were talking about this thing in Dec, Jan, and the POTUS needs someone to hold his hand all the way into March to tell him what to do smh. He accepted the experts' advice once they told him to sit down and shut up. But by then we were knee deep in this thing. Up until then he ignored all the health experts.

Yes they were, including the WHO, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx, all saying there was nothing to worry about at the time. But when Trump went ahead and stopped travel from China on Jan. 31 the left exploded. "Overreaction!!" "Xenophoblc!!" "Racist!!" The Mainstream Media and Democrat leaders, not to mention Tedros with the WHO) lost their minds over Trump doing that. In late February Pelosi is in San Fran's Chinatown walking down the street rubbing shoulders (who cares about social distancing?) telling everyone to "come on down and party with us".

As late as mid-March America's governor Cuomo is telling everyone to get out and enjoy themselves and not overreact

But heck, let's just let them tell you themselves.

The truth is, as usual, Democrats are guilty of what they are accusing the president of. Anybody that has not gone completely mental with TDS knows that this is a last ditch effort to hurt Trump before November. And I predict it will backfire on the Democrats the same way everything else the Dems have concocted for the last 3 years have backfired. But keep beating that drum.

This decision was pretty much inevitable. Most schools are done early to mid May. No sense in taking huge steps just to have them come in for a week or two. Hopefully everything will be ready to roll next school year which starts in most places August
I misread it. I thought he was calling school off for the remainder of 2020, meaning the fall.

I never pull for Michigan in a sporting event but Hail to Michigan for the people's protest today. That thing is still growing and they ain't letting up. Good for them.
And that ignorant governor is supposedly on Biden's short list as a potential running mate. You dems out there want her as VP? Geez

Woof. You misunderstood. The "DonaldjTrump.com lol" statement was by itself. Just a laugh at the referencing "source". The site's argument was the strawman...

Nice attempt to change subject. Are we talking about Pelosi now? The point was health officials were, in mid Feb, talking to Trump about this. Go back even FURTHER and he said the response was a hoax (lol) and he had it under control. Total embarrassment.

What a goon.

Whataboutism at its finest. We are talking DT's failures and you say "but what about". Aand there's the white flag 🤣🤣

I voted for Perot in 92, but voted for Clinton in 96. I also voted for Gore in 2000 and Kerry in 2004. I voted on Paul in '08, mainly because I was hohum on McCain (I thought he was a good man, I just didn't know if he had what it took to be president), and knew little about Obama other than he had virtually little record of doing anything in the Senate. I voted Romney in 2012, which shows you how unimpressed I was with Obama. But looking back at presidential elections I have voted R 6 times, D 4 times, and 3rd party twice. I voted Nixon in 72 while I was still in the Army; that was a mistake so voted Carter in 76. That was also a mistake so voted Reagan in 80. He had a good first term, weak 2nd term, but voted Bush Sr in 88 (definitely wasn't going to vote for Dukakis after the tank affair, LOL).

Never was a whole lot of difference between parties, so it really was always about voting for the particular candidate, or voting for a president from one party if congress was dominated by the other party to keep a balance. As a lifelong independent and moderate I have had no use for either party. But having said that, I don't think the current Democrat party has an identity. You have the long-time establishment, which currently controls the DNC, the progressive socialists, and then you have those into identity politics. And none of them get along. But the party is rapidly drifting to the far left. I am honestly not sure how long the party can exist in its present state before it splinters (watching to see if the Bernie Bros break away and either join the greens or form a new party.

Republicans are not completely unified as you have Trump supporters and the Never-Trumpers, but the party is far more unified than the Democrat party is. Which is interesting since it appeared to be the Republican party in complete disarray in 2012. If Trump is re-elected, then after that, who knows what the future will look like for the Republican party. The problem with politics for a long time now is that the wrong kind of people seemed to be drawn to politics, those looking to make a career of living off the public dime.
As it stands today, and after Trump is re-elected in a landslide in 2020, give me a Pence/McCarthey ticket in 2024. Who knows what happens in 4 years, but that's my way to early wish.

Trump may be re-elected, but I'm confident it won't be a landslide.
Pop vote won't be. +/- 5% either way.

Electoral college votes is a crapshoot, so whoever wins a couple of LARGE swing states is all it takes to decide. Highly populated swing states always decide it.

Good thing everyone loves Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. We all depend on them 🤣

Yeah, that’s gonna be a no for me, dawg...

This entire COVID-19 thing feels like a failed plot to bring forth a totalitarian globalist government. People eagerly abided by social distancing but it seems there's already a pushback going on. Or maybe it's too early to say "failed." Or...maybe it was a dry run to see how the masses would respond, and now they have enough data to try again in a few years/decades.

Yeah.. conservatives rarely protest because they are usually at work. Now they are protesting to go back to work. Good for them.
