I have had the same normal issues with stress as everybody else...but this is just..different..Being serious for a moment - maybe look into meditation or a destressing routine (warm bath, stretching, time for introspection). Idk but it sounds like you are very stressed, but it can be controlled internally with enough focus. We can't always control external factors, but we can control how we respond to the outside world.
If depression is an issue, maybe look into SAM-E. If anxiety is an issue, maybe look into CBD.
But outside of substances, just a small dose of meditation, yoga, praying, destressing routines can make a big difference.
My faith will get me through, I know it will, but it is not easy...I really need this stupid virus crap to get over with, so I can get on with my life.
Usually...I would take off a week and go out to the mountains, or down to the beach, or even go on an amusement park loop or something, and it recharges me...this has just been one long hard slog of nothing but bad news and blech.
This too shall pass, and sunshine always follows rain...I know it will, and just talking about it makes me feel a little relief..it is cathartic.
