It is for funding to test, help with the staff who are constantly dealing with inmates in close quarters, and to lessen the population, especially by releasing low risk and susceptible people. Old people, pregnant, sick, oh me, oh my.

That is all fine, but do not hold up a simple bill to add funds that goes to the highly popular fund now out of money to help small businesses keep their employees on the payroll for other things. This should have already been passed and done. All the other things such as this can be brought up, debated on etc whenever Negative Nancy and her cronies decide since she is the freakin speaker. She and her cronies are doing just like they did during the first go round when they demanded and unfortunately got all the pork the first time. Her days as speaker are numbered. I would bet my house on that.

Their economy has taken a hit too, though. Every economy is taking a hit in a once in a century pandemic because people are behaving differently and not willing to engage as much given the risk.

No shiii, everyone’s economy is down because of CV-19. Point is that they didn’t go into lockdown. They still fill restaurants, theaters, grocery stores, go to WORK etc. For essentially the same numbers per capita as the US. We went with the China model of shutting down because of freaking politics. Other than a few hot spots in the US we should really look at what Sweden is or isn’t doing Imo.

that's a dangerous damn mentality. lot of people are still going to lose their lives.

this thing is real. People need to take it seriously & continue social distancing. We cant continue to live in a hole but we have to be smart. Its easy to dismiss things.
