Recruiting forum off topic thread (no politics, covid, or hot button issues)

You mean get a job so they can afford the rent?

It's no coincidence that Southern states have the lowest incomes, the highest poverty, the worst economies (minus Texas and Florida), the highest unemployment rates, the lowest life expectancies, and have the least healthy populations.

But seriously, do some research on it.

It is more than the south, but the south is the highest concentration. Fortunately the southern governors cut off the enhanced unemployment benefits. They always do what's best for their residents.
Seems like the unemployment benefits match what one would make at $13-15 per hour. Those are the vacant jobs.

Ignorance, fear, lack of education, cultural reasons maybe? Why don't you tell me since you're the native.
As someone who employs people, I can tell you the only people that make $14/hr offer nothing of value of over $14/hr. Typically it's either one of two things, they have zero skills or they're terrible employees.

Our starting pay is now $20/hr and I wouldn’t have paid that same person $12/hr a year ago. Same for our vendors and our Raw Material costs are skyrocketing. This inflation is only beginning.

Lol, I think your the one sounding butt hurt. The raw nerve belongs to you. I find it hilarious when kids no nothing about how things work. I chuckle.

Don't worry. I'm thoroughly entertained by your personal need to defend the south. Feel free to enlighten me on how things work in the south.

What is working in the southern culture that enables 'you' to be last in incomes, education, health, life expectancy, economy and highest in poverty and unemployment?

Now isn't that the definition of Utopia.

That sounds like a cultural and educational problem.

Why are all you Yankees so keen on heading south. Stay the eff up in your liberal paradise. WE DONT WANT YOU OR YOUR COMMUNIST WAYS!
