He held the ball too long, and he wasn't identifying where the pressure was coming from.

I agree that Chaney should have been more creative with playcalling to help. Get the ball out quick to our receivers in space and let them make plays.

Just hard to get in a rhythm with all the false starts and pressure up front by the UGA DL. We couldn't pick up any blitzes all game.

WR's could not get ANY separation at all. Palmer made 2 excellent catches in good coverage.

Not sure if JG is actually able to determine a man vs zone coverage presnap consistently.

Then miss lots of time when we do start practicing & no out of conference games to tune-up. I will say the defense is good enough to keep us in any game.

But against elite defenses (like Georgia & Bama) we will be in trouble if the OL and offense can’t move the ball. Really disappointed in where the OL is right now Friend has been the only positional coach here since the beginning and has arguably the most talent.

I still can't wrap my head around it. All week we said we had to be able to run the ball, control the ball to have a chance...and we absolutely looked out of our league. I just hope uga's front was THAT elite. I just hope we don't lose our confidence and swagger. Long season still to go. We have to get a lot better up front each week!

They were raping our WRs all game..the refs absolutely let them get away with murder.

Just hope the defense keeps developing, if Banks can establish himself as the guy beside Henry I think he’s the best option right now.

Safeties are still figuring it out, wonder where Lawrence is? Wouldn’t surprise me if he starts pushing Flowers or Tank for PT.

Defense only looked bad when they gassed, still forced a TO though to keep Georgia from icing it or scoring anymore.

There was a quote from Pruitt about Lawerence earlier this week.
Basically they moved him to corner for depth due to covid and even though they have guys back they dont want to mess with him and keep moving him back and forth so hes behind BT AT SS at corner.

As I did pre-game, I totally disagree here. We started that in the 2nd half. Did you see when we shot it out quick to the edges? They shut that crap down real fast. What is the point of it vs an elite defense with more speed than you?

We only succeeded when we took shots downfield...we needed more of those shots. One has to gamble when they're a big underdog and we stopped doing that in the 2nd half.

Granted, we had far bigger issues of being completely unable to run the ball and being unable to pass pro.

The O line was getting whipped, there wasn't time for anymore shots. JG has to realize that and check it down but he wasn't doing that.
