I'm not saying his seat will get hot. He's finding out tonight that the program he's built isn't beyond getting embarrassed on a big stage. In other words, they're still a good ways away from where they expect to be. The offense has taken a noticeable step back from 2022, and Milton isn't here to blame for that. A talent deficit alone doesn't result in tonight...there are some scheme and coaching issues at play.

It's not the offense that needs revamping. It's Nico needing to move to year 2 and knowing how to drive the Ferarri better

Our coaching issues are that WR, OL, Safety, and OC dont like to ****ing recruit. They like to develop, but dont develop.

I don't anticipate coaches getting fired, but with a lot of limits on coaching staff size being eliminated, he could certainly hire more coaches to add to his staff.

If folks are mad with the play calling, blame Heupel. He calls the plays. I think he's limited buy this offensive line but that's me.

We need several coaches replaced, the only coach on defense I'd keep would be Garner. Banks would have his office cleaned out by Monday.

Elerbee would be gone too. I'm not sure whether we have a talent issue at WR or if it's coaching. Probably a little bit of both.

Not really. It was over.

Of course it was over. An hour ago it was over.

When you are an offensive guru that had the no1 offense in FBS just 2 seasons ago ...there is no wasted time to practice and try to score as many points as possible. Hype never does this. Ever...inless WE are up big and he will pass on a late TD by taking knees like he did vs MSU this year.

But we had time for an entire scoriing drive if he used those 2 TOs. You dont waste an opportunity to score again in a playoff game. Hes gonna be asked about it and be criticizes. These coaches lost us this game. Banks AND Hype. Outcoached on both sides of the ball.

Not changing to our 2TE sets which we have used all season against the best teams...when BOTH our top WRs were hhurt and OUT for the rest of the game is inexcusable

Woah. Garner is elite. Has been for years. Blame Banks mostly for the scheme.

Ohio State was getting the ball out in eight nanoseconds. They had a good scheme, rolling out, etc. We had zero defensive creativity.

At the end of the day there’s a talent gap, but there’s not a 25 point talent gap. Period. Coaches gotta figure out what’s not working on the road. Next year we have UF, Bama and UGA on the road. Gotta win one to make the playoffs again most likely. Figure. It. Out.

Yes we did. For all the glaring deficiencies offensively especially. Let’s regroup and go win 10 again next year. We’ll be back in the playoffs several more times under Heup. Just need a better showing next time.

No we didn’t.
We could win 8 next year and be better or 11 and be worse.
It all depends on how good the teams we play actually are, not how good they’re expected to be pre season .

Not just because we lost this game, this is going to hurt us with impact portal players. With next year's recruits.....

The only way we get to the next level is to recruit at a top tier level......... And that's something we just aren't able to do. As it stands now this is our ceiling.

And that's much better than what we were staring at 5 and 6 years ago, but that didn't make it such any less.

I no longer believe. I think we are good...... But we can't compete at the highest levels of the SEC or college football........

I’m not out on Banks yet but Martinez needs to get and bring Elarbee and Halzle with him. What we saw from Banks tonight was being outgunned. Guys like McCoy don’t look like AA’s all season then just suck without a massive talent difference being the culprit.

Halzle and Earlabee have been consistent liabilities every stinking game.

Great season that ended in horrible fashion. I do think Heupel needs to make changes whether that’s staff, recruiting, or portal philosophy.

He’s proven to get over the Alabama and Florida hurdles but we still can’t compete with the ELITE .

I understand what he was dealt with roaster wise and a NCAA investigation, but he’s going into year 5 gotta make that next step.

If he doesn’t then he’ll be known as the coach that was really good but couldn’t get over the hump (this is not me saying im out on CJH). The honeymoon phase is almost over and the fans are gonna start expecting more.

They obviously watched what Georgia did against us. We have to make improvements, but overall, it's been a good season. Just disappointed.
