Through a mutual friend got some info from a former player. Peyton is more involved than people probably know. Gruden is top target. He’s hoping it gets worked out.

I by no means think it’s a done deal but it’s not “comical grumors” as others have suggested

I stopped reading at Wisconsin is a joke. You really need to watch other teams play and also keep up with the players they put in the nfl.

My goodness. Wisconsin. Ignore the ranking and look at the competition and slow product they put on the field.

Yes, they’ll go undefeated and then lose by 4 touchdowns to the eventual champion of the BIG.

This literally makes no sense. Outside of recruiting the same players occasionally and obviously the game TSIO.. bama has no impact on us. So what if we lose to bama the next 10 years we could have a lot of 11-1 seasons which lead to other things.

It makes sense if you want to try and make a financial commitment to compete with Bama.

Sec is the most talented conference just look at nfl draft picks every year but the extreme lack of quality coaches waters the conference down big time.

Wisconsin hasn’t lost a game by more than 7 since the first game of 2015 to Alabama. And that includes a game against Michigan, OH St, and PSU, and USCw.

*Just sharing, I know there is no context to this.

Only way to judge conference power is bowl game record. How did the SEC do last year?

Nah that's not right. Unless it's a big time bowl, often times teams don't really "come to play" in bowl games. That Iowa team we throttled in 2014 didn't want to be there. Tennessee didn't want to be there in 03 when we played Maryland in the Peach Bowl.

I don’t give a crap about what they did in 2015 and 2016. I don’t see any playmakers on offense. The oline is solid. The defense is okay.

They don’t play anyone this year. How do they skate with these schedules every year?

They are good but in no way should they be considered great.
