Lol you always react so aggressively to everything. Because North isn't a technical WR and wins match ups more with size than routes, I thought a bigger lesser skilled CB for a bigger lesser skilled WR and the smaller, more skilled CB on the smaller more technically sound WR.

Just floated it out there to see if that's how coaches schemed or not. Trying to educate myself.

North would destroy Tabor. I have no idea why you think Malone runs better routes than North right now. North runs great routes now our coaches need to do a better job of getting him the ball period.

That's what I've seen several interviews and posters on here say, that North isnt as technically sound as Malone.

I agree he needs at least double the targets he's been getting.

He VH3 can at least beat him to spots. He can win battles. Tabor being inexperienced means he wouldn't really be ready for guy on this level yet. North being bigger won't just automatically guarantee a win in the matchup.

We are quietly last. Our run defense is better than the stats suggest. If we could have moved the ball better in the 3rd against UGA, we wouldn't have been as tired when Gurley got most of his yards in the 4th. Remember, he only had 79 yards through 3 quarters. Considering our undersized DL, we have held up A LOT better than I expected.

Very good place to put the over/under. I think it'll be right there. Pat Ryan on the animal this AM said he thinks to win we'll have to be successful throwing the ball because he doesn't think we can run it. Problem with that is FL will peel their ears back and come after Worley and challenge the inexperience of our Oline.

Over the past several years, I have been cautiously optimistic about our chances in a game. However, this has changed for tomorrow's game. The Vols will win and finally beat the gators. The reasons are simple:

1. CBJ and staff has had Team 188 ready to play and compete each and every game this season. Team 118 will be ready.
2. The frosh have shown significant and rapid development. Their contributions grow each week. Their impact tomorrow will be significant.
3. This OL has taken it's lumps, but also has improved with each snap. They will compete until the last snap. gators will try and use the blitz to help their secondary. The OL communication is rapidly improving, and will give Worley the opportunity to punish them in the openings created by the blitz.
4. Worley will remain poised, make his reads, and find the open receivers. Every time you blitz, you leave openings that can be exploited. Worley will find those openings. My one concern is that the gators will try and cheap shot Worley, to injure him, and get him out of the game. They will do anything to win at this point.
5. The defense continues to improve and show that against the gator offense. I look for a really physical game from our defense. Offense as well!!!
6. The turnovers against UGA were a fluke. You will not see that this week. There will not be any gifts for the gators.
7. Neyland will be a crazy house from the 1st snap. The support for Team 118 will be unbelievable.
LET'S GO VOLS
