Thanks for posting this information. Very interesting. Can you please explain the for and allowed terms given to the axis? That seems to me to indicate they are saying we are way better at offense and way worse at defense/pitching than everyone else. But I know that last part isn't true. So I'm a bit confused by the y axis.
When you look at the chart that @mad4vols posted; Tennessee's wOBA (for) is approximately 575 (Vols are really good). Tennessee's wOBA (allowed) is approximately 290 (Vols opponents are really bad).
- Great: .400 and More
- Good: .371 to .399
- Average: .320 to 3.70
- Bad: .290 to .319
- Terrible: Below 289
