no people don't want their earned dollars to go to the poor/lazy without their consent. You're the one saying that the wealthy are white and the poor/lazy are black. Who's the real racist?

the fact is you take a very minute part of the population and blow it up into some big issue. It's not and never has been. You can play all 52 race cards and it still won't matter.

Hadn't really though of it, but since we are talking about toothless South Carolinians who go for Newt's rhetoric on this hook, line, and sinker, in the end you are probably correct.

Of the people who I have heard make derogatory comments about "lazy black people" (or words to that effect) on food stamps, 100% of them were white.

Yes, the people who would refer to "lazy black people", on food stamps or not, would likely be white. But assuming that the only people who care about entitlement culture are white is a supremely racist way of thinking. You're assuming that all black people would be happy about being on the dole.

I've said it once today and I'll say it again. Romney is screwing up attacking Gingrich. Nobody is supporting Gingrich because they think he's a great guy. Theyre supporting him because Romney hasn't given them a reason to support him.
