Restaurants Around The Country

“Siegel’s Bagelmania” in Las Vegas was absolutely delicious. I got a ham, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel. It was probably the best bagel I’ve ever eaten, and I lived in NY.

The Half Shell in Gulfport was pretty dang good. Highly recommend anything with the Orleans sauce.

The Oceana Cafe in New Orleans was my first hot meal after about three weeks of MREs. It was pretty solid and they took great care of my crew and I.

Looking forward to this chain opening

If they're as good as in SEA you'll enjoy the food.

There are tons of great restaurants along the Emerald Coast of Florida, but I think the meal we had at Citizen in Alys Beach last night took the cake. Excellent service, elegant yet beach-suited ambiance, menu options from raw bar with house-made accompaniments, to small plates, to entrees varied from local seafood to Latin-American inspiration.

Recommend 10/10.

The Garlic in New Smyrna Beach FL is one of my faves. Best ambience i've seen. Food is always top notch, and drinks👍🏻

Sam’s Chowder House, Half Moon Bay, CA. Unassuming exterior. Simple, roadside bar interior. Exceptional food from a kitchen willing to stretch your imagination with some offerings. The namesake chowder was fabulous, but the pan seared fish with green pea sprouts purée was unexpected. Take the trip south from San Francisco along the sea side highway to Half Moon Bay. Be on the lookout for Sam’s Chowder House overlooking the bay.

Pizzeria Donna Stella, Amalfi, Italy. Family run restaurant up the hill from the harbor. Dine under the arbor of sorrento lemon trees with blooming star jasmine climbing the stone walls. Extraordinary pizzas and house wine. May is a perfect month to visit.

The west coast of Italy - Pompeii and pizza in Naples, shopping and people watching in Sorrento and Capri. Do that, and you’ll miss the true gems of the Amalfi coast. Arguably, Pizzeria Donna Stella makes the best pizza, better than any place in Naples.

Sorrento lemon ices, local olives & charcuterie, seafood from the deep, cold Tyrrhenian Sea, rabbit served on Ischia… foodie musts on any tour of the area.

House wine there is the best. No need for anything else.
Eat the local olives there, and it's hard to eat California olives.
La Tagliata above Sorrento is another great restaurant(10 years ago).
Wish we were there.

Frank's Family Restaurant in Palmetto, GA.

Wouldn't think it look at it (attached to a gas station that sells pizza and wings, and aren't bad either)
