This whole thing has been really entertaining this far. Imagine having enough FU money to be able to take Twitter for yourself out of spite.

For those who believe Elon Musk to be some kind of white knight…I’d urge you to be cautious. But damn I never thought I’d see something as bold as this play out.

I really doubt he will make a whole heck of a lot of changes.

Do you take your 12 year old daughter to a BDSM dungeon? of course not. We "shelter" all kids till they are 18 because they are not considered mentally mature enough to make adult decisions.

I have no problem with the books you mention being in a public library nor on Amazon. I DO have a problem with them being taught from or available at a school. If a parent wants their kids to learn that, they can teach them at home. No, I dont want soft porn novels (gay or straight) in a school library.

I mean, they have R ratings on movies. WTF are you thinking wanting this kind of stuff in schools for young kids?

As to the race baiting - I dont want our teachers teaching it. You can say what you like but with all the recent CRT stuff - if woke is so darn good, why arent race relations BETTER now/ They are actually making things worse. My kid has black, brown, asian, white - all kind of friends. Whole point is not to care. Not so they can be even more hyper aware of made up micro aggressions.

That doesnt mean I want to ban it in the public square tho - quite the contrary - I want it to have full voice so people can see it for what it is - as long as people have true ability to express their opinion, I trust the public to sort through it all for themselves. The ADULT public.

Reich is absolutely right in the first tweet. Being banned from Twitter does not infringe upon anyone's 1st Amendment rights, because Twitter is a private company; not the government.

The 2nd tweet is, admittedly, sour grapes whining.
