Sure...except for the cold, hard fact that Twitter is NOT a private company. It is a publicly-traded company.Reich is absolutely right in the first tweet. Being banned from Twitter does not infringe upon anyone's 1st Amendment rights, because Twitter is a private company; not the government.
The 2nd tweet is, admittedly, sour grapes whining.

The problem with Musk is the opposite. He is going to allow it all. It's turned the twitter platform into another commercial operation. How can you trust it now? When EVERYONE is allowed to post what ever stupid chit they want.
